What FlowIn is, what you get, and what each of us is responsible for.

FlowIn turns a description of a process, written in plain words, into a flow diagram you can read, share by link, or export as JSON or a standalone web page.
FlowIn is an independent product. It is an interface built on top of a third-party large language model. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies whose models we use; naming any technology we rely on identifies the tool, not a partnership.
The descriptions you write and the flows FlowIn produces from them are yours. We claim no ownership of them and take no licence over them. We do not use your descriptions to train models, and we do not sell them.
You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit. Do not put confidential information belonging to someone else into a description.
Your use of FlowIn is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaking it is grounds for us to suspend or end your access.
FlowIn’s template library is free to use: picking any template and generating from its text as written costs nothing and needs no payment details.
Generating from your own words — anything other than a template’s exact text — requires paid access. Prices, durations and fair-use limits are published on our pricing page before you buy anything.
Opening a shared flow link, importing a flow file, and exporting a flow you already have are free for everyone and always will be.
Purchases are sold and invoiced by Creem, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Creem’s own terms apply to the transaction alongside these, and the charge on your statement will show Creem, not FlowIn.
Passes are one-off purchases that run for a fixed period and then simply stop. The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The renewal date and the exact amount are shown to you at checkout before you pay, and we email you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time, without contacting us and without explaining why. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not offer a discretionary money-back guarantee. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, where the law of your country grants them, are unaffected by this clause.
FlowIn’s output is generated by an AI model and can be wrong. It may misread your description, omit a step, or invent a branch you did not describe. Read what it produces before you rely on it, and never treat a generated diagram as legal, medical, financial, safety or compliance advice.
FlowIn is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular description will produce a usable diagram.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including, for consumers, rights that apply regardless of what a contract says.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that threatens the service’s availability for others. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first. You can stop using FlowIn at any time.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what you get from a subscription you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes belong to the courts of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba, Brazil. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim where that law allows.
